Let us introduce you some of our technologies we use in our products. At Trilobite® , we recognize 3 crucial elements, SAFETY / COMFORT / STYLE. Everytime we make new product we try to find their right balance.
Trilobite® team knows very well that everyone wants to ride SAFELY. However, there are more and more bikers who prefer to ride in STYLE, but at the end, most bikers prefer their riding COMFORT.
We are here to answer any technical question any biker or Trilobite® customer might have regarding our product range. Whatever the riders are searching for in the world of motorcycle apparel, they will always find it tn the Trilobite® range.
Our mission:
Trilobite® invested in textile engineering and development a lot of financial resources. We designed and developed many fabrics with our partners, some of them made it into mass production, others ended up in a dead end. We tested in laboratory a lot of diferent fabrics. We are continuously looking for the uncompromised quality, affordable price and the highest level of safety in denim fabric in the world.
SAFETY and COMFORT or COMFORT and SAFETY? And what about STYLE?
Where is the difference? STYLE is easy to choose in the Trilobite® collection. Simply according to what you like. Let's look a bit more in depth at the remaining SAFETY and COMFORT features.

SAFETY, mirrored in the EN 17092-2-2020 homologation test, tells us that the safest trousers are those that pass the highest certification level, i.e. AAA. One of the elements of the tests, besides tear and seam strength, is abrasion resistance.
It is abrasion resistance that can be higher in a Doublelayer sandwich construction than in a Monolayer fabric, even though the jeans concerned pass the highest AAA standard AAA. If the certification took this into account, an AAA+ or even a AAAA class would be created as we present in Trilobite Parado AAAA Doublelayer jeans.

As such, COMFORT is perceived differently by each rider according to their physical needs. But comfort is mainly affected by the climatic conditions in which you ride and also by the frequency of riding.
Some people prefer jeans for cooler or rainy weather and choose Trilobite® Probut X Factor that are equipped with a removable waterproof membrane with thermo layer. On the other hand, if we are talking about riding in warmer or even tropical weather, many will choose the Monolayer construction, jeans made from a mono-layer fabric that combine all features in one layer.
So, what do you choose? Monolayer AAA or Doublelayer AAA? Or just AA but with different advantages? All are safe and all offer comfort. They differ in the small details that are crucial for Trilobite® motorcycle jeans development, engineering and production. There is something for everyone in the Trilobite® 2025 collection.
WE UNDERSTAND JEANS
Unique fibers family developed by Trilobite®
Our vision:
Monolayer – the future of motorcycling
Monolayer jeans are made by weaving abrasion resistant fibers with other functional fibers into one actual layer, instead of the layers being placed on top of each other. This creates a monolayer fabric.
